Pastor has office hours in Elma @ Faith Lutheran Church

Legacy Community Outreach serves many Families and the people of North Pacific County in the city of South Bend. 

They are open every Wednesday of the month from 2 pm to 5:30 pm. 

They are a registered 5013c and welcome donations.
