Building Use Policy and Agreement

Our facilities are available for use by community non-profit groups upon application and approval by our board.
If interested please download and read the policy below then download, complete, and submit the agreement for review.

We recommend applications be submitted no later than twenty-one (21) days prior to your event.
A $100 deposit will be due within seven (7) days of our accepting your application, $50 of which will be applied to the rental, the balance refundable if your event is under two (2) hours and no damage is recorded.
